By joining our team as an Office Assistant, you will be making a significant impact in a dynamic workplace and collaborating closely with leadership, contributing to our ongoing success and growth.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a positive, can-do attitude, offering a broad spectrum of responsibilities from administrative support to communications and systems management.
You will be integral in supporting senior leadership and maintaining essential office operations, ensuring efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phone calls and take care of customer needs or direct to appropriate senior leader Accurately organize and manage all physical paper files and records and also virtual filing system including shared drive, ensuring easy document retrievalOrganize and schedule appointments and meetingsEnsure positive, cooperative, and clear communications with all departments and provide appropriate supportProvide direct administrative support to the President, Vice President and Senior Leadership Welcome visitors, identify and track the purpose of their visit, and assist with store sales as neededMonitor, print and post online orders, assist with orders as needed Monitor office supplies and order as needed AP/AR data entry in QuickBooks and other accounting duties, create and file reports when applicableEnter payroll information into the ADP time and attendance management system ensuring complete accuracy, run all necessary reportsPrepare regular reports, presenting information in a structured and organized mannerMaintain a clean work environment including, but not limited to, organize shelves, dust, sweep, clean window, sanitize all surfacesManage current contact lists, keep up to dateAct as the primary point of contact to clients, providing general supportReview social media content in collaboration with the social media team to create a cohesive and aligned feed that reflects our branding.
Maintain clear online communication using email and slack channelsRecommended SkillsProven, successful experience as an Office Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and proceduresWorking knowledge of office equipment (computers, printers, scanners, fax machines, etc)Efficient use of Microsoft Office tools, with proficiency in Excel Excellent time management skillsStrong attention to detail Ability to collaborate with leadership team in problem solving and critical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsMother Nature's Granola s is now employee owned! Other than a small percentage of sales from our manufacturing facility in Yucaipa, CA, we have a very loyal following of people who travel to our facility to buy our granola retail direct from us.
For convenience, we decided to make our granola available to everyone online in 2 pound packages.
