Duties:
Conduct regular inspections of all facility equipment to identify and address potential issues.
o Help oversee and perform preventive maintenance related to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC and other facility components.
o Respond promptly to key equipment breakdowns and implement effective solutions.
Building Systems Management:
o Monitor and control building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, and security.
o Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building automation systems.
o Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Repair and Maintenance:
o Conduct repairs and maintenance on facility infrastructure, including floors, walls, ceilings, and doors.
