Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for running for your own store.
You'll be involved in supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.

Experience:
oHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredoA minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environmentoA combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge oPrior management experience preferredTravel:
oFull-Time Store Manager Trainees will often train at multiple locations and must have flexibility to travel within divisional requirementsSalary:
$28.
25 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
