Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
